Examples of Rental Abuses |
The examples listed below can, and probably do, occur in any neighborhood. But, with high-occupancy rental properties, large groups of people turning over each week can make more noise, exhibit more unruly behavior, create more garbage, have a bigger impact on public safety due to parking, and require more commercial services than what is typical in, and intended for, a residential zone. |
