Jenny has been visiting Sarasota since 1997 when she brought her boat here and became a member of the Sarasota Yacht Club. In May of 2007, Jenny and her two dogs, Digby and Boo, decided make St. Armand’s their residence.  In addition to the home on North Adams Drive, she maintains a home on Lake Travis in Austin, Texas where she makes frequent visits to see her son and two granddaughters.  Jenny retired 2 years ago after a 27-year career in the Life & Health Insurance industry.  She has served as Executive Vice President for TDA Life & Health, Compliance Manager for New York Life, Management Consultant for her family owned actuarial consulting firm, and CFO/Director/Owner of insurance companies in Austin, Texas and San Juan, Puerto Rico.  She currently spends her time managing rental properties in Austin and working on the remodel of the St. Armand’s home, while she continues her true passion of renovation of investment real estate.  She is looking forward to becoming active in the St. Armand’s Resident Association, volunteering for various community projects, and taking up the game of golf.  She is a member of the Founders Club for the Star of Texas Rodeo and a member of the Sarasota Yacht Club.  Her interests also include sailing, skiing, fishing, reading, and travel.
