OFFICERS

Judy’s residence is at 220 N. Adams Dr. and she has owned and lived on St. Armands since 1987. Previously she lived in Ohio and was the owner of two businesses. Judy has been married 44 years to Tom Heath and they have two adult children and three teenage grandchildren. Their daughter, Tracy Berry, is the Reservations Manager for the Limetree Beach Resort on Lido Key and their son, Lance, is a Chiropractor in Bellefontaine, Ohio,
Since 1989, Judy has served as Vice President of Resort Properties Inc. a property management company specializing in professional management, sales and leasing for Resorts and Condominiums in Florida.  She has also served as Vice President of the Parklane Condominium Association in 1995 and 1996.  She graduated from Dennison St Mary’s and has a Community Association Manager license and a  Florida Real Estate Salesperson license.
